Eligibility Criteria
- To register for Himat Card, applicants must have a disability certificate that has been accepted by the Punjab Social Welfare Department.
- The applicant’s poverty score must be less than thirty percent in order to be eligible for this program.
- The candidate cannot be employed by the government; if they are, they will not be qualified for this program.
- The applicant must possess a National Identity Card that has been authorized by the Pakistani government in order to be eligible for this program.

Registration Process
Registration Through the PWD App
The Punjab government has released an app called PWD that allows you to register for a Himmat card if that’s your desire.
Step 1: In order to register in this manner, you must first visit the Google Play Store or App Store, where you must look for a PWD app in the app’s search box before installing it. A list of results will then appear. Installing the PWD app requires you to choose one that was created by the Punjab IT Board.
Step 2: After downloading the app, register for an account. This app then needs to log in to your account.
Step 3: After logging in, you will see a form asking for a doctor’s appointment and other alternatives. Click the registration form.
Step 4: A form will appear in front of you after you click the registration form. It must be fully completed with all necessary information.
Step 5: Once you have entered all the required information, click the submit button to finish the registration process. Your registration will then be finalized.
Should you be eligible for this program, the government would provide you Rs 10,500 every three months.

Registration Through DHQ Hospital
Step 1: To register through DHQ Hospital, you must physically visit the hospital.
Step 2: Make sure you bring all the required paperwork with you when you register at the hospital.
Step 3: You will need to see a doctor when you visit the hospital. After determining your level of disability, the doctor will get a disability certificate from the Punjab Social Welfare Department.
Step 4: The DHQ receptionist will send you a form to register your Hamat Card when you have the disability certificate.
Step 5: The candidate must fill out this form with all of the personal information requested.
Step 6: After filling out the form completely, you must give it back to the agent in order for the registration process to be finished.
And the Punjab Government will supply you with a Hamat Card on the designated day.
